Terms of Service

By accessing or using Net Speed Cloud (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Net Speed Cloud is a network monitoring platform consisting of:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must provide a valid email address and a secure password to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at shahedbddev@gmail.com
• One account per person; you may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms

Net Speed Cloud Pro is billed as an annual subscription at $19.99/year, processed securely via Stripe.

The Free plan is provided as-is with the following restrictions:

• Speed history limited to today only (1 day)
• Usage history limited to 7 days
• No access to daily breakdown tables or per-sync records
• No CSV export functionality
• No custom date range picker
• Free plan features may change at any time with notice

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service or desktop agent
• Use automated scripts to abuse the sync API or create excessive server load
• Share your account credentials or device tokens with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our infrastructure

All content, code, design, trademarks, and branding within Net Speed Cloud are the exclusive property of Zero Byte Software Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The desktop agent software is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense it.

Your network data (speeds, usage, outages) remains your data. We do not claim ownership over it.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Network measurements provided by the desktop agent are for informational purposes only and may not reflect your ISP's official metrics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Byte Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccurate network measurements
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from your Profile page. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
