We want you to be completely satisfied with Net Speed Cloud Pro. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund. We keep it fair, transparent, and hassle-free.
Our Refund Commitment
Net Speed Cloud Pro is billed as an annual subscription at $19.99/year. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility Criteria
You ARE eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase
- This is your first Pro subscription (not a renewal)
- You have not exported large volumes of data or made extensive use of Pro-only features
- Your account is in good standing (no Terms violations)
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- The charge is an auto-renewal of an existing subscription
- You have already received a refund for a previous Net Speed Cloud subscription
- Your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- The request is for a partial period (we do not prorate unused subscription time)
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:
Renewals & Cancellations
Your Pro subscription renews automatically each year. To avoid being charged for the next period:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date via the Subscription page
- After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of your current paid period
- You will receive an email reminder 7 days before each renewal
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are responsive and will resolve legitimate issues quickly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective date. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
